VMRC is excited to announce that we will be hosting additional drive through clinics with our COVID-19 Vaccine Provider Safeway Pharmacy (Safeway is part of Albertson’s) at our Modesto and Stockton offices. The vaccine will be the Pfizer brand, and these clinics are open to anyone age 12 and above.

Important Reminders
Participants are seen by appointment only.
This will be a DRIVE-THRU event.
No walk ups are allowed.
Please only come 15 minutes early to your appointment.
Fill out the COVID-19 Immunization Consent Form prior to your appointment (attached is the consent form English and Spanish).
Bring your driver license, medical and prescription insurance card and bring it to the appointment (Recommend making a photocopy of ID and insurance).
Wear short sleeve shirt if possible.
Do NOT attend clinic if you are feeling unwell or experiencing COVID symptoms.

Each vaccine is FDA emergency authorized for the ages below:
Moderna: Ages 18+
Pfizer: Ages 16+
J&J(Janssen): Ages 18+
For Your Safety
To ensure safety for everyone at clinic, Safeway will do the following:
- They will be equipped in proper PPE gear for vaccination
- They will sanitize all touch points in between patients
- They will screen participants for COVID-19 symptoms through a series of questions
