Resources for Housing Developers
VMRC works with housing developers to support affordable and accessible housing for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
How VMRC Can Help
- We can provide letters of support for housing development projects.
- We can attend city council or stakeholder meetings to share community need.
- We can help connect developers to state funding, including GAP funding for multi-family housing.
- We can serve as a lead service provider for Super NOFA or Section 811 applications.
- We can connect you with experienced housing developers and local housing authorities.
