VMRC invites individuals served by the Regional Center System and their circles of support to join us to learn about federal legislation soon going into effect. The Home and Community Based Services Final Settings Rule seeks to improve the quality of services available to individuals with disabilities. The Final Settings Rule achieves this by instituting rules for service providers that ensure individuals have access to their communities, choice and autonomy over their lives.
