Description:
The clinic will begin with a presentation by OCRA on Advance Health Care Directives (AHCD). After the presentation, there will be a legal clinic where participants can get assistance with the AHCD, obtain the AHCD packet or ask any questions.
Important
OCRA can only help with the AHCD forms if the person for whom it is intended is present and gives permission for OCRA to do so.
