Most of the time in our work together with our vendored service providers we are able to work through any of our differences in interpretation of the Lanterman Act because we both have the same goal to meet the needs of the consumers we are dedicated to serve. However when we are not able to resolve these differences the Lanterman Act law has provisions to settle this in a fair and unbiased manner.
