Zero Tolerance Policy

Valley Mountain Regional Center has a Zero Tolerance Policy for client abuse or neglect. The safety, health, and well-being of the people we serve always come first. Abuse or neglect by VMRC staff, service providers, or care facility employees is not allowed and will not be accepted. Every report will be taken seriously and fully investigated. Any VMRC employee found to have engaged in abuse will face serious disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
