Whistleblower Policy – RC

Valley Mountain Regional Center expects everyone — board members, staff, volunteers, contractors, and vendors—to act with honesty, integrity, and follow all laws and VMRC policies.

VMRC’s Whistleblower Policy provides a safe and confidential way for employees and others to report concerns about wrongdoing, including fraud, waste, or violations of policy—whether by VMRC or its service providers. Retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith is not allowed and will not be tolerated.
