HCBS Waiver Program Review

Regional centers participate in regular Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Waiver Program Reviews conducted by the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) to ensure continued compliance with federal and state requirements.

These reviews evaluate service eligibility, documentation, and the quality of services provided to individuals enrolled in the HCBS Waiver program. The goal is to ensure that individuals receive appropriate supports in community-based settings that promote inclusion, independence, and person-centered outcomes.
