The 2026 San Joaquin County Transition Fair in Lodi was a lively, welcoming event where students, families, teachers, and support staff came together to explore future options like jobs, day programs, and living choices.

Attendees enjoyed music, snacks, and raffle prizes while connecting with service providers and learning about resources to support their next steps.
