We Apologize for the October 28, 2026 Board Meeting Technology Issues

We want to apologize to our community for technology difficulties during the October 28, 2026 Valley Mountain Regional Center Board of Directors meeting.

We know that many members of our community took the time to join the meeting, and we recognize how frustrating it was to experience multiple technology issues. We had to issue a new meeting link and restart the meeting to ensure our Spanish interpretation was accessible. We understand that reliable access to our public meetings and the ability to participate in the language that works best for you is important.

We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as our team worked to resolve the problems. We are reviewing what happened and will use what we learned to improve our meeting setup, technology, and interpretation services moving forward.
